I was looking for a fixer-upper old farmhouse for almost a year, and Ann was very patient through the entire process, as it was all about timing and waiting for the right one. I made her go to lots of random places around Iowa to explore opportunities, and she never shied away from the adventure. She was great in guiding me through all the closing steps and keeping me up to date with things as they occurred. I'm right in the thick of renovations now, but with a bit of time and a lot of love, it'll be exactly what I dreamed of.
