I am Ann Williams.  A seasoned licensed real estate professional with years of real estate experience in helping people buy and sell homes in the Dubuque, Iowa area.

Focusing on residential sales, and working with first-time home buyers to luxury home up and down-sizing,  as well as working with clients who are relocating to the Dubuque area, my wish is to ensure that my clients have a smooth and smoothly-negotiated pathway to closing.  After a long career in obtaining an advanced education and as a negotiator and rain-maker for national nonprofits in Washington, DC, I relocated back to the midwest.  Fell in love with Dubuque and decided to make this my home.

My clients can expect a careful, thoughtful process of getting prepared for buying and selling.  I am not a "pop-up" realtor, so the first step for clients is to meet in our corproate office to go over facts, figures, preferences, and other relevant details to ensure that the process  of home buying and/or selling is transparent and prepared.  This process is a proven method for making sure everyone is well-informed and prepared for decisive action.
